Charity Requests and Donations
Hills Ford Stages Rally and Cheltenham Motor Club always aimed to put something back into the local communities in the form of donations to local councils or groups covered by its stages.
In 2023 the following parishes received charity donation:
The organising team of The Hills Ford Stages are pleased to reveal details of some of the charitable donations that we have contributed to within our local communities, following the 2023 event all of whom received £300 contributions towards their worthy causes;
Gorsley and Kilcot Parish Council – towards their footpath project
Oxenhall Parish Hall Trust – towards their heating system project
Wellington Heath Parish Council – towards the Plecks Open Space Project
Newent Community Trust – towards a CCTV system to improve security
Bosbury and Coddington Parish Council – towards the purchase of a bench
In 2021 the following parishes received a share which totalled £3,025:
Upleadon – Contribution to village footpath upgraded
Berrow Charity Trustees – Community Support Fund
Newent Town Council – Community Support Fund
Corse Parish Council – Community Support Fund
Oxenhall Parish History – Community Support Fund
Wellington Heath Parish Council – New Village Sign
Eldersfield Parish Council – Community Support Fund
Eldersfield PCC – Eldersfield Church Donation
Staunton Parish Council – Community Support Fund

Wellington Heath Parish Council 2021 - "The existing signs were in urgent need of repair but in fact once taken down it was realised they were beyond repair. I have attached a photo of the new signs which were completed by a local artist and are in keeping with our village aspects. These are now fully completed and back in place on the above approaches. We thank you for your contribution towards the costs of doing this work." - Wellington Heath Parish Council
